What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide accurate responses to inquiries from law enforcement agencies regarding subscriber information and legal processes
- Address inquiries from subscribers about Comcast policies and account information
- Produce daily operations reports for the Legal Response Center and Engineering teams
- Respond to and escalate trouble calls and alerts in a timely manner
- Contribute to the development and documentation of tools and processes within the Legal Response Center
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in security, call center operations, or working with law enforcement agencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with technology service offerings of a leading communications company
- Experience in data preservation as directed by lawful orders
