What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with research teams to design realistic legal scenarios and case studies
- Draft and review legal-style content including prompts, briefs, memos, and responses
- Evaluate and provide feedback on legal accuracy, clarity, and analytical rigor
- Participate in focused project sprints, working closely with a multidisciplinary team
- Engage in iterative project development to refine methods and outputs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably at a leading U.S. law firm or in-house with a major corporation
- Licensed attorney in the United States or Canada
- Strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and analysis across domains such as corporate law, litigation, or regulatory compliance
- Excellent written communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to iterate and adapt in a dynamic research environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in AI research or technology-related legal matters
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance challenges in the tech industry
- Previous involvement in experimental or innovative research projects
- Proven ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
