      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from potential clients in a timely and professional manner
      - Assess the needs of potential clients, explaining the firm’s legal services and communicating their benefits persuasively
      - Schedule consultations with attorneys and connect potential clients with the appropriate legal professionals
      - Accurately record and maintain client information in the case management system
      - Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure potential clients have the necessary information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven background in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude
      - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
      - Must bring a high level of energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude to work every day

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the legal field, particularly in estate planning and probate law, is highly desirable
      - Ability to listen with humility and engage in difficult conversations to assist clients in making informed decisions
      - Understanding that estate planning is a dynamic process requiring relationship-building with clients
