      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance to LCD Benefit Specialists on complex cases
      - Respond to escalated phone calls from customers
      - Review and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
      - Ensure clients receive appropriate assistance with program benefits
      - Determine and implement resolutions for complex customer issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant professional services
      - Experience as a Benefit Specialist 2 or Leave & Care Specialist 1
      - Demonstrated experience handling escalated customer service cases
      - Expert knowledge of Paid Family and Medical Leave laws and regulations
      - Ability to effectively de-escalate and resolve complex issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of ES BS 2 In Training Plan
      - Knowledge of WA Cares program rules
      - Familiarity with employer Reporting requirements for Leave and Care Programs
      - Strong ability to de-escalate and resolve complex issues
