Position Summary: “Le Labo is a niche perfume brand, born in Grasse and raised in New York City. Every fragrance is fleshly hand-blended and each label is personalized before the eyes of our clients. Le Labo offers sensorial experiences, memories and a point of view. It is a lifestyle.” As one of our passionate and inspirational Store Managers for our niche fragrance brand Le Labo Fragrances, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing our high-performing team of Lab Technicians or “Souls”. With your leadership, coaching and business management skills, you will continually motivate and coach your team to share the beauty of our craft while exceeding all client expectations and achieving all sales targets. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to be Chief Executive Officer of your own store. You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of an extra-ordinary team.
