      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the collection, validation, and clinical quality review of patient-level data for national clinical quality initiatives
      - Provide guidance and best practice education to team members on registry and clinical database maintenance
      - Abstract relevant data and ensure accuracy in the data collection system for assigned projects
      - Proactively identify and resolve potential problems affecting the data collection process
      - Prepare, present, and interpret clinical quality data reports for quality improvement projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
      - 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred
      - Oncology Data Specialist certification preferred
      - 5+ years of oncology abstraction/registry experience preferred
