What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and maintain critical information on claims databases accurately and timely
- Synchronize data among operational and claims systems while applying business rules
- Validate data housed on databases to ensure compliance with business and system requirements
- Train staff on configuration functionality, enhancements, and updates
- Problem-solve with Health Plans and Corporate to document all end-to-end business requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7-9 years of relevant experience in claims processing or database management
- Must have experience working on QNXT/Medicare/NetworX
- Must have experience working on SQL
- Medicare claims experience is a significant plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate Degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a related field
- Knowledge of Medicare Fee Schedules
