What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor, support, and resolve data quality issues to ensure timely resolution
- Investigate and address issues with various algorithmic parameters thoroughly and promptly
- Lead and mentor junior analysts within the data operations team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams including Inventory Analytics and Customer Engagement
- Manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or a similar field
- Experience in the life sciences industry, preferably with pharmaceutical channel data
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel; command prompt and version control experience with GitHub required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
