What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Support and lead management within the Global Inventory COE for all business areas
- Generate accurate and timely reports on metrics, KPIs, variances, and progress for the Global Inventory COE
- Analyze and forecast financial and economic data to provide strategic and operational information
- Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and report documentation
- Drive the monthly closing reporting process and communicate insights to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in managing complex reporting environments, preferably within inventory or complex accounting functions
- Fluent in English
- Excellent working knowledge of systems, programming, SQL, reporting tools, PowerBi, and Excel
- Ability to interpret financial information and make recommendations to senior management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Additional languages such as Spanish, Polish, or Dutch
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, MFG, or JDE
- Knowledge of BOTS, RPA, Alterix, or other process improvement tools
