      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead third-party security assessments and provide risk-based recommendations to mitigate residual risk
      - Deliver clear, actionable security findings to senior management and other stakeholders
      - Maintain and enhance the third-party security assessment program, focusing on process optimization
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to define security requirements for new third-party integrations
      - Implement continuous security monitoring strategies for the third-party portfolio

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, or a related field
      - 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk management, compliance, or internal audit
      - Proven ability to communicate security risks to both technical and non-technical audiences
      - Demonstrated strength in evaluating technical controls and determining their effectiveness
      - Strong track record of working independently in ambiguous or fast-changing environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industries
      - Experience with third-party risk management platforms or GRC tools
      - Knowledge of cryptocurrency fundamentals
      - Industry certifications such as CISSP, CTPRP, CISA, or CISM
