      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate with country offices, partners, and sub-grantees for program implementation
      - Monitor risks and develop mitigation strategies for assigned awards
      - Oversee donor communications, requests, and reports
      - Develop sub-award agreements and monitor compliance for assigned portfolio
      - Support new business development by engaging with in-country donors and coordinating proposal timelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of relevant experience
      - Demonstrated experience working with USG agencies as donors and partners
      - Ability to manage a complex workload and adhere to deadlines
      - Proficiency in MS Office suite and spoken and written English
      - Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional proficiency in speaking and writing in a second, relevant language
      - Prior experience with USAID-funded programs
      - Ability to track, manage, and represent a diverse funding portfolio
      - International field-based experience in a humanitarian context
