      THE OPPORTUNTY

      As a Lead – Business Analysis, you will be part of the leadership team onsite at Takeda’s Innovation Capability Center, reporting into the Global Chapter Structure. The center delivers solutions through a product-driven organization using the Scaled Agile Framework. It ensures organization-wide technology standards and building blocks, working in cross-functional teams to execute delivery.

      As the Lead, you will:

      • Lead and guide your team of chapter members, providing expertise and consultancy to allocated business functions to meet global demand in an agile manner.
      • Oversee technical implementation of initiatives from Takeda, ensuring software readiness while managing workload and developing the skills of chapter members.
      • Drive new initiatives and programs, such as identifying opportunities for chapter members, creating events or activities, and launching projects aligned with the Global Chapter’s mission and goals.
      • Manage team development and visibility, maintaining alignment with the global chapter lead, promoting chapter activities across the platform, and partnering with organizational units as needed.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, developing skills and capabilities.
      • Coordinate staffing and resource allocation for Agile teams.
      • Drive initiatives, process improvements, and innovation.
      • Foster knowledge sharing, cross-training, and professional development.
      • Oversee performance evaluations and support talent growth.
      • Collaborate across global and local teams in a complex, international environment.

      REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

      • A bachelor's degree or equivalent
      • Minimum 2 years of building & leading high-performing Business Analysis teams.
      • 7+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across matrix organizations.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent written and verbal English skills with ability to clearly present ideas

      Desired:

      • Experience in fast-paced Agile environments is a plus.
      • Passionate about continuous improvement and willing to challenge the status quo.
      • Proven ability to develop technology leaders and support team growth.
      • Collaborative and relationship-oriented, able to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
      • Skilled in facilitating discussions on complex issues and driving them to resolution.

      Salary

      As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 4.466,66 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
