What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, implementation, deployment, and support of engineering platforms
- Establish and implement platform environment roadmap for application changes
- Collaborate with technical and solution architects to align with the overall platform roadmap
- Manage complex platform-related incidents escalated from the operations team
- Conduct platform market analysis to identify and drive strategic productivity improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- 5 – 7 years of related experience or equivalent experience reflecting the level of this position
- Experience in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, or solution implementation
- Familiarity with JIRA, Microsoft Office, and Platform as a Service (PaaS)
- Successful track record in managing platform support issues within agreed SLAs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with software platform delivery and support management in IT or software-related fields
- Strong project management skills
