  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead the design, implementation, deployment, and support of engineering platforms
  - Establish and implement platform environment roadmap for application changes
  - Collaborate with technical and solution architects to align with the overall platform roadmap
  - Manage key suppliers and resolve complex platform technical problems
  - Identify and mitigate platform-related risks while supporting business units in user issue resolution
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
  - 5 – 7 years of related experience in a technology or software-related field
  - Experience in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, or solution implementation
  - Proficiency with JIRA, Microsoft Office, and Platform as a Service (PaaS)
  - Successful track record of managing platform support issues within agreed SLAs
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in software platform delivery and support management
  - Advanced knowledge of business analysis standards and practices
  - Familiarity with project management methodologies
