      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement relational database structures, stored procedures, views, and functions
      - Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting use
      - Collaborate with application developers and product managers to integrate backend data solutions
      - Provide guidance for creating effective ETL processes for data ingestion and transformation
      - Monitor database performance and suggest improvements, including indexing and query optimization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in database design and modeling
      - Proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, and Python
      - Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ETL tools like SSIS or Informatica
      - Familiarity with performance tuning and database optimization strategies
      - Ability to document database schemas, processes, and best practices
