What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Service delinquent credit card accounts through various contact channels
- Assess customer situations to provide payment options and strengthen customer relationships
- Handle back-to-back calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
- Review past due accounts, arrange payment programs, and secure repayments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Collections Experience
- Advanced-level experience in customer service, detail orientation, professionalism, verbal communication, collections, negotiation, compliance, and system/computer fluency
- Working-level experience in listening skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of Collections experience
- Advanced-level experience in problem-solving and influencing
- Working-level experience in decision-making
