      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary escalation point for all Trust & Safety incidents within the community
      - Draft T&S communications, ensuring timely and brand-consistent responses
      - Oversee the lifecycle of reports, ensuring they are handled discreetly and in alignment with brand values
      - Develop and maintain safety policies, playbooks, and documentation across various platforms
      - Monitor incoming reports and moderation efforts to maintain a safe community experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, moderation, or a closely related field
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing empathy and discretion
      - Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis to identify trends and risks
      - Proven ability to draft and enforce Trust & Safety policies and training programs
      - Experience working independently and collaboratively across regions and time zones
