      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft, edit, review, and negotiate complex agreements with minimal supervision
      - Provide strategic contracting support to internal and external stakeholders
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with sales, finance, and legal teams
      - Identify business and legal risks and propose solutions for risk mitigation
      - Monitor and track the status of contract-related matters and provide updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (6 additional years of work experience in lieu of a degree)
      - Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience
      - Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract terms
      - Comprehensive knowledge of the employer's product lines and competitive environment
      - Ability to exercise judgment in escalating issues for legal review

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience working with healthcare contracts
      - 4+ years of experience with contract negotiations
      - Paralegal certification
      - Familiarity with the Uniform Commercial Code
      - Experience using Salesforce
