      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, instruct, and apply NLU & AI training frameworks to bot deployments
      - Partner with conversational AI team to achieve best-in-class customer experience and reduce phone call breaks
      - Train, test, and tune full conversation lifecycle including model validation
      - Document conversational design, dialog flows, wireframes, and templates
      - Evaluate emerging conversational AI and natural language capabilities to influence strategy
      - Compose dialog and related copy for conversational experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 4+ years of experience in Business Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Customer Service, Leadership, Project Management, or related experience
      - 4+ years of experience in Linguistics, Human Computer Interaction, Natural Language Processing and Understanding, Conversation Design

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Graphic Design, or related
      - 6+ years of experience in Business Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Customer Service, Leadership, Project Management, or related experience
      - 6+ years of experience in Linguistics, Human Computer Interaction, Natural Language Processing and Understanding, Conversation Design
      - PMP, Product Owner, or related certification
