      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving adoption and renewal outcomes
      - Develop and implement customer success strategies to enhance value and drive growth
      - Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customers are deriving value from products
      - Collaborate with internal teams to create growth and risk mitigation strategies for key accounts
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 12+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, and/or Customer Success
      - BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
      - Proven history of meeting key performance indicators in quota-carrying roles
      - Experience in complex deal negotiation cycles with senior level executives
      - Demonstrated ability to lead adoption strategies across large-scale organizations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong contract negotiation skills with a track record of driving complex, high-value contracts
      - Knowledge of project management and change management methodologies
      - Experience with Salesforce and conducting ROI value analysis
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to interact and influence across all organizational levels
