      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of strategic customers to drive renewal and adoption outcomes
      - Achieve revenue, bookings, and billings goals across your customer portfolio
      - Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customers derive value from their investment
      - Serve as the primary escalation point and coordinate cross-functional support for issue resolution
      - Identify incremental growth opportunities and support account planning with Account Executives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
      - 12+ years in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewal Management in SaaS
      - Proven experience in closing complex, high-value, multi-year contracts
      - History of meeting or exceeding quota and performance metrics
      - Experience in navigating large organizations and managing executive-level relationships
