What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional service to clients through phone, email, or in-person interactions
- Supervise junior staff and provide advanced support for customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns
- Manage office tasks including data entry, records control, and report preparation
- Investigate billing discrepancies and manage invoicing and collections
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in waste disposal or a related field
- Knowledge of RCRA laws and regulations as they pertain to waste characterization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and PDF writer
- Strong commitment to customer service and effective communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex documentation and adhere to technical procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience with DOT/RCRA/Hazardous waste regulations
- Experience in advanced accounting processes
- Ability to identify trends and data patterns in customer service metrics
