What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the assessment of information security events and incidents within the Target environment
- Collaborate with skilled analysts in a 24x7 Cyber Fusion Center to address complex security problems
- Implement new processes and procedures to enhance monitoring, detection, and mitigation capabilities
- Monitor SIEM and logging environments for security events, alerts, and potential threats
- Conduct internal training for CSIRT Analysts to support their continued education and growth

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years' direct experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, or Digital Forensics
- Security certification such as GCIA, GCIH, or CISSP
- Thorough understanding of advanced security and network concepts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Knowledge in Malware Analysis and Memory Forensics
- Expertise with host and network-based security tools
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop strong business relationships
- Demonstrated leadership skills that drive desired outcomes
