      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver actionable business intelligence and strategic insights to drive revenue and margin growth
      - Clean, standardize, and document stakeholder-facing dashboards in Looker
      - Identify and resolve inconsistencies or discrepancies in reporting logic
      - Partner with FP&A and product teams to ensure alignment between financial and operational data
      - Lead and document improvements to core Looker Explores or dashboard structures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics in digital media or performance marketing
      - Experience in BI, analytics, or marketing/data science roles with digital marketing exposure
      - Advanced proficiency in SQL and Looker
      - Strong business acumen and cross-functional communication skills

      - Experience in the digital media or performance marketing industries
      - Demonstrated analytical rigor and ability to challenge assumptions for data integrity
      - Proven ability to distill complex data into simple narratives for diverse stakeholders
