What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver actionable business intelligence and strategic insights to drive revenue and margin growth
- Clean, standardize, and document stakeholder-facing dashboards in Looker within the first 60 days
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in reporting logic within the first 90 days
- Partner with FP&A and product teams to ensure alignment between financial and operational data
- Lead improvements to core Looker Explores or dashboard structures to enable scalable self-service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics in digital media or performance marketing
- Experience in BI, analytics, or marketing/data science roles with digital marketing exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Looker
- Strong business acumen and cross-functional communication skills
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data integrity
