- 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics with a focus on healthcare claims data, population health, and member experience
- Expert-level SQL query writing and optimization
- Experience building visualizations and models in Looker or comparable tools such as Tableau
- Deep understanding of the claims lifecycle and reporting logic nuances
- Experience with healthcare claims data at a payer, provider, TPA, tech company, or Point Solution
- Proficiency in Agile tools: Jira for task management and Confluence for documentation
- Strong stakeholder communication skills - ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
