What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL to derive actionable insights and develop metrics and dashboards
- Communicate business narratives to influence leadership and executive decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders across global teams to drive cross-functional changes
- Design and optimize operational reviews and guide the planning and goal-setting processes
- Support forecasting and planning processes for the Global PreSales organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales strategy and operations or related fields
- Proficient in SQL with a strong understanding of data relationships and analytics
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with globally distributed teams
- Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguous situations while maintaining focus on strategic goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
- Previous experience in investment banking or management consulting
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to data challenges
- Experience in developing scalable reports and dashboards
