  We are currently searching for a Lead Data Coordinator to join our Revenue Cycle team in the OrthoCarolina Business Office in Charlotte.

  The Data Coordinator enters daily insurance accounts receivable payments and adjustments into medical system. Qualified candidates will be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to the daily workload. Other duties include:

  • The Data Coordinator reconciles daily batch work back to EFT totals and analyzes insurance remittance to post denial codes for nonpayment. Assists manager with team leadership duties within the department.
  • This position ensures accuracy and reports problems, patterns, and trends to supervisor.
  • Excellent 10-key and data entry skills.
  • Previous healthcare experience with explanation of benefits.is preferred,
