What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and document requirements for new capabilities
- Lead all phases of the product lifecycle, from inception to market introduction
- Monitor product efficacy and adjust based on customer and business partner feedback
- Define problem statements, features, and success metrics for product development
- Model and encourage Agile behaviors within the team and identify process improvement opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of project leadership experience
- SAFe Agile POPM certification
- Proficiency in Jira Align (JA) and Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing
- Familiarity with the healthcare insurance industry
- Previous experience with consumer experience platforms like Genesys
- Experience in producing metrics and process improvement analysis
