What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, including customer segmentation and machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business needs and deliver end-to-end analyses
- Establish and maintain effective performance tracking, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Manage multiple priorities and communicate business performance to management and partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, or related fields
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
