What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, including customer segmentation and machine learning algorithms
- Serve as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, experimental design, and financial impact analysis
- Utilize on-premise and cloud-based data tools to conduct analyses and solve business problems
- Apply technical skills using programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing and financial analysis through SQL
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with 4 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in cloud-based data tools, such as Snowflake or Jupyter Notebook
- Experience with programming and analytical tools including SAS, Airflow, Spark, and GitHub
- Strong Excel skills, including the use of Macros, Pivot tables, and advanced formulas
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in marketing and financial analysis using Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Knowledge of advanced analytical techniques and methodologies
- Familiarity with employee stock purchase plans and related financial benefits
- Previous experience in a leadership role within data science or analytics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
