What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, including customer segmentation and optimization
- Serve as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, modeling, and financial impact analysis
- Conduct credit and fraud risk analysis using SAS and SQL for predictive modeling
- Evaluate marketing campaigns and perform A/B testing for marketing analytics
- Create data reports and visualizations utilizing Python, SQL, SAS, and advanced Excel skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field and 4 years of experience in a Data Science-related occupation, or
- Master's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field and 2 years of experience in a Data Science-related occupation
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Python for data analysis and reporting
- Strong skills in marketing analytics, optimization, and operations analytics
- Experience with UAT testing and data visualization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their applications in business
- Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management practices within the financial industry
- Previous involvement in cross-functional teams to drive analytics projects
- Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively
