What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions, including customer segmentation and machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to formulate and complete end-to-end analyses, delivering presentations of findings to leadership
- Establish and maintain effective performance tracking, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing tests to enhance strategies
- Manage multiple priorities, communicating business performance and project progress to management and business partners
- Develop and automate reports and dashboards to provide insights at scale, ensuring accuracy and facilitating implementation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science, or related fields
- Ability to primarily remain in a stationary position within an office setting
- Competence in operating office equipment and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in statistical analysis, test design, and financial impact analysis
- Familiarity with data gathering and analysis methodologies
- Proven ability to create visual displays of quantitative information for presentations
