What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, manage, and resolve data-related issues, risks, and gaps
- Design and document source and target-state data architectures for applications and analytics
- Develop and implement ETL and data pipelines
- Create ERDs, data dictionaries, and semantic models
- Plan and manage data catalog and metadata provisioning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years in Multidimensional Model Database Design and ETL design/development
- Minimum of 8 years with data quality and master data management integration
- Minimum of 8 years in ERDs, business vocabulary, data dictionary, and schema mapping
- Minimum of 8 years delivering data analytic implementation projects
- Minimum of 3 years experience with cloud-based data stack tools and platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Child Welfare data modeling, case management, and analytics
- Familiarity with federal CCWIS requirements
- Prior CCWIS project experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with diverse technical teams
