- Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
- Drive the adoption of DevOps principles and best practices across the organization
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and address bottlenecks and challenges in the software delivery pipeline
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of containerized application deployments using Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Docker Swarm and ECS
- Ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline and Jenkins
- Manage and optimize the use of code repositories using tools like BitBucket and GitHub
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, and CDK
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and security solutions for applications and infrastructure
- Contribute to the documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices related to DevOps practices
- Continuously improve DevOps practices and processes to align with industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Represent the DevOps team in cross functional meetings and strategic planning discussions
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, software development, system administration or related field
- Extensive hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), container orchestration (Docker Swarm, ECS), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, Jenkins), IaC (CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK), and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Deep understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and their implementation across the software delivery lifecycle
- Strong proficiency in scripting and automation tools (Python, Bash, Ansible, Terragrunt)
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and security tools/best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams of DevOps engineers
- Ability to drive strategic DevOps initiatives and represent the team at executive levels
- Experience with Kubernetes container orchestration
- Knowledge of cloud native application development and deployment
- Familiarity with Service Mesh technologies (e.g. Istio, Linkerd)
- Experience leading largescale, complex DevOps transformation projects
Compensation: $140,000 - $175,000 per year. You are eligible for a Short-Term Incentive Plan with the target at 10% of your annual earnings; terms and conditions apply.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
