What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide architectural oversight and guidance for CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)
- Oversee and optimize Azure cloud environments across multiple projects and teams
- Lead and manage a team of DevOps Engineers, providing strategic direction and performance oversight
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline automation, and Azure Engineering
- 5+ years of experience with Azure networking and authentication processes
- 2+ years of experience leading technical teams or managing DevOps engineers
- Hands-on experience supporting C# / .NET applications
- Flexibility to occasionally support EMEA time zones based on project needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing offshore or distributed teams
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factories, Network Security Perimeters, and Virtual Machines
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and Azure SQL
