      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee maintenance tasks on electrical systems including transformers, switchgear, generators, and control systems
      - Drive troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts to resolve complex electrical issues
      - Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams to execute maintenance activities
      - Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
      - Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational reliability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 12 years of experience in electrical installations, operations, and maintenance within the power generation industry
      - Comprehensive technical knowledge of power plant electrical systems and equipment
      - Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for electrical systems
      - Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices related to power plant operations and safety
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
