What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of Family Support Educators (FSEs) to ensure effective education on disease state and product management
- Serve as the primary escalation point for FSE issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve common goals
- Develop and implement training and onboarding initiatives for new FSEs
- Establish relationships with advocacy groups and identify educational messaging needs for families
- Monitor and communicate performance metrics to internal stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, access, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in Market Access, Patient Access, or Sales Management
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market access landscape
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve organizational goals
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in patient/caregiver education
- Background in Rare Disease and new product launches
- Advocacy experience within the healthcare sector
- Strong emotional intelligence and a patient-centric approach
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy
