What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sustainable business growth through engagement with Operators, Chains, and Trade Partners
- Execute Customer Business Plans and a multi-touchpoint contact strategy to generate demand for Food Solutions Products
- Develop and implement Joint Business Plans with trade partners and manage trade claims
- Leverage digital tools to enhance customer engagement and lead conversion
- Continuously enrich operator data to ensure personalized content and effective communication strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree or 2+ years culinary degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in foodservice sales
- Proven track record of developing strategic relationships with decision makers
- Proficiency with systems such as Salesforce.com and Power BI
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience in the culinary industry is a plus
- Passion for driving results and a strong interest in the food industry
