What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with local chain account and operator customers to achieve business targets in the assigned territory
- Execute customer business plans and a multi-touchpoint contact strategy to generate demand for Food Solutions products
- Develop and implement joint business planning with selected trade partners
- Drive digital engagement and conversion of leads through CRM systems
- Ensure timely submission and settlement of distributor trade claims
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree or 2+ years culinary degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in foodservice sales
- Proven track record of developing strategic relationships with decision makers
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience in the culinary industry is a plus
- Passion for driving results with a strong interest in the food industry
