Job Description
• Make cold calls to potential clients or leads
• Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria
• Book discovery calls or appointments on your calendar
• CRM updates (e.g., logging call notes, updating lead status)
• Possibly email follow-ups and LinkedIn outreach as part of a broader lead-gen strategy
• Clearly report daily on stats (e.g., leads researched, emails sent, responses, discovery calls booked, etc.)
Skill Set
• This role is only open to Filipinos residing in the Philippines • Strong spoken English and communication skills • Experience with sales or appointment setting • Comfort with cold calling and using scripts while personalizing outreach • Familiarity with CRM tools (Entresoft, GoHighLevel, or similar) • Ability to handle objections and represent your brand professionally • Reliable and responsive communication • Strong organizational and tracking skills (daily reporting)About the company
