Job Description
• Build a prospect list (bars, nightclubs, campus-area bars) with owner/manager contact info.
• Do outreach daily (calls + emails + social DMs).
• Qualify leads (interest level, decision-maker confirmed, best time to talk).
• Book appointments on Conrad's calendar (and confirm time/location).
• Track everything in a simple CRM/spreadsheet (who contacted, when, result, next step).
• Follow up with leads who didn't respond (multi-touch follow-up plan).
• Send daily end-of-day recap (calls made, conversations, appointments booked, next steps)
Skill Set
• Experience with outbound lead generation (cold calling + email outreach). • Comfortable talking to business owners/managers on the phone. • Appointment setting experience (calendar scheduling + confirmations). • Strong follow-up skills (consistent, organized, not afraid of "no"). • Clear English and professional phone presence.About the company
