What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from call lists and follow up on incoming leads
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and qualify early-stage opportunities
- Generate a significant volume of live connects and set up conference calls for qualified opportunities
- Daily input of data into Salesforce.com, including updates on Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities
- Conduct cold calling into core and expanded markets to penetrate new and existing markets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational skills and good communication (written and oral)
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems

- Attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities
- Experience in volume calling and establishing business relationships with prospects
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
