What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound calls to targeted companies in the compressed air and ambient air sectors
- Ask structured discovery questions to gather market intelligence and identify potential leads
- Document all call results, notes, and lead data accurately in CRM or call tracking tools
- Provide weekly summaries of trends, pricing insights, and common market feedback
- Maintain professionalism and uphold confidentiality standards during all interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Comfortable making both cold and warm calls
- Strong note-taking and data-entry accuracy
- Ability to follow a script while sounding natural
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in industrial services, environmental testing, or lab services
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
- Background in compressed air systems or B2B lead generation
