  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as the analytics partner for senior Revenue leadership, providing insights and operational visibility across various business areas
  - Build and maintain dashboards and ad hoc reporting to track revenue performance
  - Provide strategic recommendations and escalate actionable insights to executive stakeholders
  - Partner with Revenue teams to identify and evaluate growth initiatives
  - Drive proactive analytics to inform leadership decisions and action planning
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 4-6 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Planning, or related fields, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech environment
  - Strong Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills
  - Advanced Tableau experience
  - Familiarity with forecasting methodologies and compensation execution cycles
  - Ability to proactively surface trends and actionable recommendations from complex datasets
