What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, prioritize, and define business/product requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 3+ years of professional business analysis/product management experience in healthcare technology solutions
- Experience with Agile scrum, Jira, and Confluence
- Ability to travel to assigned clients and internal meetings
- Strong relationship management and support experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree
- Project management experience
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics
- Working knowledge of industry platforms like Salesforce, Sitecore, Adobe, etc.
