      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide data analysis support by developing reports and dashboards to monitor program and operational performance
      - Promote self-service analytics and assist customers in understanding and utilizing data
      - Oversee project work from inception to delivery, mentoring junior analysts along the way
      - Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support design of reporting capabilities based on business requirements
      - Ensure data quality and stewardship to maintain accuracy and identify new metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree (Required)
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analysis
      - Proficient in SQL and Tableau
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Experience in statistics, population management, and financial analysis

      - Demonstrated problem-solving and consultative engagement skills
      - Knowledge of medical expense trends, quality reporting, and predictive analytics
