      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise, train, and evaluate yard personnel to ensure safe and efficient equipment operation
      - Coordinate daily operations, maintenance, and scheduling with management and other shifts
      - Conduct pre-operational inspections and maintain equipment logbooks, documenting malfunctions or unsafe conditions
      - Manage employee schedules, approve timecards, and report weekly operational updates
      - Perform material charging, discharging, loading, unloading, and ensure timely delivery of materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
      - At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field
      - Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record (no serious tickets or accidents in the last 5 years)
      - Experience in making minor repairs and adjustments to operating equipment
      - Proficiency in computer operation and electronic controls

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience operating heavy or agricultural equipment safely
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Demonstrated problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
      - Ability to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends
      - Familiarity with environmental regulations and safety procedures
