      Chart Industries is currently seeking an on-site Inside Sales Rep based in Beasley, TX. The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for quoting, input and management of customer orders.

      What Will You Do?

      What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…
      • Suggests and implements improvements in the sales administration process
      • Implements the sales strategy of the organization within the inside sales team
      • Works directly with end users, distributors, resellers, and agents regarding the sale of axial flow fans, fan parts, and air cooled heat exchanger parts
      • Works as a conduit between the customer and fan engineering to address any issues relating to the equipment
      • Responsible for providing customer support relating to the fan products
      • Works with the customer and fan engineering to determine fan and fan part selection
      • Works to support aftermarket sales on international quotations and projects
      • Provides sales leads to Aftermarket Sales Team
      • Follows-up and manages the sales orders through the internal Hudson process from order entry to shipment
      • Ensures customer quotes are completed on timely basis and entered into Chart ERP system
      • Works with Outside Sales and Aftermarket to manage customer relations
      • Will manage large order projects, providing quotations to the customers, entering quotes, and updating statuses
      • Driving critical projects to execution through collaboration with the production, warehouse & purchasing teams.
      Other Activities:
      • Coordinates department projects to meet deadlines
      • Reports on sales metrics and monitors the team performance in accordance to production backlog.
      • Any other responsibilities, as assigned

      Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

      INTERACTION:
      • Works with customers, operations team, warehouse team, scheduling & engineering in the execution of the sales orders and customer support regarding the products

      • Must be able to work inside & outside

      Your Experience Should Be...

      • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in inside sales and/or relevant management experience
      • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
      • Proven work experience in managing a team, driving towards a defined goal with deliverables & accomplishments to share.
      • Hands on experience with ERP systems
      • In-depth knowledge of sales administration process

      Your Education Should Be…
      Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or Equivalent work-related experience
