Title: Lead Instructional Designer- E- Learning
Location: Remote (EST)
Duration: Initial 5-month contract with potential extensions
Rate: $50-60/HR W2

Overview
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective
eLearning content for internal and external audiences. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts
(SMEs), applying instructional design models, and leveraging multimedia tools to enhance learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
● Analyze learning needs and define instructional goals in collaboration with SMEs.
● Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe
Captivate, or similar.
● Create instructional materials including storyboards, scripts, assessments, and course manuals.
● Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to structure content effectively.
● Ensure content aligns with organizational objectives and learner outcomes.
● Conduct quality assurance testing and revise content based on feedback and analytics.
● Upload and manage content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle or Blackboard.
● Maintain a backlog of content updates and defects, prioritizing fixes and enhancements.
● Stay current with trends in instructional technology and adult learning theory.
● Automate Release Notes (PDF) conversion into eLearning format with video and voiceovers (multi-lingual
requirement possible).
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
● Experience in designing eLearning content and curriculum development.
● Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
● Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual and graphic design.
Preferred Skills
● Experience in financial services or technical training environments.
● Familiarity with SCORM standards and accessibility guidelines.
● Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
